1. Returns
- You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items, clearance products, and gift cards cannot be returned.
- Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
4. Exchanges

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at support@fluxoryllc.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
